Just joined. Thanks for a great distro. I've been vewing posts in the forum for months. I need a lot of help. ( getting WLAN working on my AMD64 ).:rolleyes:

There is probably some howto for that, did you find anything usefull?

Namaste is a greeting, isnt it (I checked that one :) yep Indian greeting).

Since you have installed ubuntu , hop right over to http://www.ubuntuforums.org/forumdisplay.php?f=100 it contains many good howtos, fro instance for the drivers of your video card.

Thanks for your reply.:smile: The Howtos, Wikis and posts are usefull. Using those and a lot of head scratching I've managed to get my internal WLAN working with NDisWrapper, my winmodem working with SmartLink modem. Again, thanks for your support.
