dual boot lastxp & ubuntu

ok, i have installed LastXP and than i installed ubuntu.. ubuntu did not recognize LastXP and did not installed Grub.. I have concluded that LastXP installs its boot "parameters" on MBR (because i couldnt see boot.ini or sth like that on LastXP-s partition) and when i installed ubuntu that it has overwritten MBR. so i couldn't boot in XP :).. can anybody help how to dual boot that 2 os-es.. sry for my bad english :D
