Firefox Ubiquity extension is not related to what we mean by Ubiquity on Ubuntu. It is an extension under development by none other than Mozilla. You can read about it on this tutorial (https://wiki.mozilla.org/Labs/Ubiquity/Ubiquity_0.1_User_Tutorial) or install (https://people.mozilla.com/~avarma/ubiquity-0.1.xpi) it straightaway and use it.

Ubiquity is very cool, but unfortunately it conflicts with Vimperator, so I can't use it.
EDIT: Nevermind, I just installed it and found out that the shortcut key is configurable :P

I normally just add places to the search bar(https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3682 + https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3544 ), and have Wikipedia, torrents, pricecheck and so on. But it will be faster to use the adr bar and a simple letter(as w for Wikipedia), so will try it out.
Thanks for the tip!
