I have an Ubuntu installation one one hard drive, and a Vista install on the other. I want to get the Vista folders hidden in Nautilus, but I can't simply put a "." at the beginning of the folder names (like ".Program Files"), because this will screw up the Windows installation. Is there a workaround?
