How do I switch Firefox in english?

I would like to change the beta version of Firefox (3.0b5 in english) to version 3.0.3 in Brazilian portuguese.:confused:

Open Firefox, Go to 2nd Menu (should read Edit)
Scroll to the bottom and click the last option in menu (this should read Preferences)
Go seven options to the right and click the gear icon (this should read Advanced)
Navigate to the third section on the bottom (should read Languages)
and click on the box to the right (should read Choose)
.then there is a scroll-box you can use to select a different language.

-worst case, if your preferred language isn't there, then download it via synaptic.

Is there an automatic installation of Adobe Flash?

Not that I'm aware of, you'll be prompted to install missing plug-ins in Firefox when you encounter a flash website.
