I have a small consignment and inventory-based retail store. I am switching my accounting software from quicken to Gnucash, but I am having trouble adding sales tax to my transactions. The way I am experimenting with now is drawing up an Invoice for generic "customer" with each end of day sales info. Any advice? Or more specifically, how do I get the sales tax to add on to each line?
