Hi, I really want to brush up on my art skills.

I have a cousin in pakistan that is a really good artist I mean when he draws you can't tell if it's a picture or a drawing and this is all hand drawn.

He has been using adobe cs3 to combine his art with real photos. He once made a tatoo look as if it was all over his back and it looked very real.

I try to stay in contact with him so he can give me tips. The problem is the time. We are in completely different times zones and this makes it hard for me to get a hold of him.

So I asked here hoping I can get some websites that you artists here recommend.

I don't expect drawing art that looks realistic over night. I just want something to teach me the concepts of what needs to be done in order to get such a result.

I want to learn the practice techniques so I can just draw for fun while also sharpening my art skills.

This also goes for 3d art using 3d software. I learned how to use blender.
