Mount a new disk to /home

I have 2 hard disks sda and sdb 40Gbytes each. In sda I have /, /home and the swap file. What i have to do so i will see both disks as one disk?

I don't understand your question exactly. Do you want to use your second harddisk sdb for /home, stop using two seperate partitions form sda or create a raid out of your two disks?
