Hello,

I want to install 2 things (i have 8.04 CLI only server):

filezilla server and SRCDS (http://www.srcds.com/) (Source dedicated server for hosting counterstrike:source server)

Anyway, i heard that its best to make a new user for SRCDS so if someone needs to remote in and administer it through PuTTY or something, they cant mess up other things. they can only mess up SRCDS.

So i would like to do that, but does that mean i have to install filezilla in the same user? (because filezilla is used to upload all the maps and stuff, so it will have to be able to read and write in the SRCDS's files.)

so if u can give me some general strategy on how to proceed i would like that a lot. thank you
