recommend good static software

I currently know blender, madedit but could soeone recommend other good static software, especially i try to find video player.

Try VLC It's abavlibale in add/remove programs

vlc wants installation but i need portable software or so called extract and run type.

Try songbird(google it). It's almost good as iTunes and it even supports ipod's.
