my laptop (http://usa.asus.com/products.aspx?l1=5&l2=61&l3=417&l4=0&model=1861&modelmenu=2) has integrated WiFi. I installed Kubuntu, and have the desktop running now.

How do I install a WiFi driver?

1) What version of Kubuntu are you running?

2) What happens when you try and run the wireless? (Anything happen.)

I installed from image kubuntu-8.04.1-desktop-i386.iso.

I don't know what you mean by trying to "run" the wireless. There is no listing for it in the network control panel. Am I supposed to know to do something else?

This is an Atheros AR5BXB72 wireless module.

Did you try to click on the little global (I think it's a globe, bare with me I don't use Kubuntu) on the panel.
