Installing Xp after/Over Ubuntu.....Help needed

Guys...
My XP got nuts and i need to Reinstall my XP. I have an Ubuntu installation and boots with GRUB. Once i did the same thing but GRUB disappeared.
Now i want to know how to install XP by keeping my Ububtu and configure GRUB to load at boot....

If you install windows after ubuntu is already installed, windows will write to the mbr. So to fix this you can use a ubuntu live cd and follow these (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=224351) instructions on how to restore grub
