Sandisk Sansa View 32GB

Hello, does anyone know how I can get the Sansa View 32GB to work in Hardy? When I connect the USB all it does is say "connected" for a few seconds and then either restarts or freezes up. I have seen other help topics regarding the 8gb and 16gb but am wondering if there is something uniquely wrong about the 32gb. Any help is appreciated.

As for connecting to ubuntu it should work the same as the other sansa views.

There should not be anything wrong with 32gb version. Only thing I have heard is the startup time is slower than 8/16 gb
