How do you install CodeBlock on ubuntu?

first i got

this: deb http://apt.wxwidgets.org/ gutsy-wx main
but then add remove said that i could not use this because i don't have a cd

so then I downloaded the binary for code::block?

what do i do with the .deb files to install them?
or should i try to install CodeBlock A different way?
