Wireless works with ndiswrapper, videocard works great, sound is perfect. Almost everything is fine. I'm surprised gnome is so small though. I have both gnome and xfce installed and it take little over 2 gigs. Along with dvd players , codecs, openoffice, etc. Kde is so much bigger.
I had been using gentoo for a year so I'm used to doing a lot of stuff the hard way. Ubuntu install was sooooo easy I feel like its dumbing me down. I'm very happy with this distro.
Now if only O could get rid of the choppyness in the dvd playback..
