impress cpu usage

I have created some impress presentations I'm getting excessive and constant CPU usage which slows them down. Anyone know any solutions to this?

which has solved it, for those of you having this problem. I unchecked opengl but left the hardware acceleration checked. Also tried this http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=75315 which didn't work however, its 2007 and the hardy build must have this bug fix in.
