Rox-filer appears to be the fastest and the most useful of the light weighted file managers I've tried so far. After 2-3 days of experimenting and tweaking around I feel like I've been using it for years. After switching to icewm, fbpanel and rox-filer as a desktop my old gateway machine actually performs better than my AMD64 winXP one.

Anyways - one little thing I'm missing a lot in rox-filer is the functionality to position my file cursor over files/folders that begin with letters that I type. for example in mc /midnight commander/ one can use the alt-s shortcut and start typing fs and than the fstab file would get highlighted in the /etc folder

So is there a way to do that in rox-filer and if not - how do I go to contact the developers with this feature request?
thanks in advance
