Commercially distributing ubuntu?

Is it legal to provide hand-made ubuntu copies (ie, burned at home, not ordered from shipit) on a local/regional level for a small distribution+delivery fee, which would, from personal experience, not exceed the taxes+shipping fees from shipit?

ya, you can sell copies for $500 if you want.

you can't sell the software, but you can sell the service and CD itself for whatever you like.

you can also sell tech support for whatever price you think you can get.
