I have a smb share from a windows share bookmarked, and whenever I click on that, I get a dialog asking me if I want to allow application to access keyring three times in a row. I can hit "always allow" and then it asks me again, and then again. Only after I click always allow for the third time does it open up the smb folder on nautilus. I can close the window and then open it back up again and still have access without being asked, but everytime I reboot, it will ask me again, three times.

If you set default keyring password to "blank" it won't ask you about passwords at all :)
It can by changed in keyring manager.

Do you mean "encryption and keyrings" from the preferences menu?

Yes :) unless you have 8.10 :)
There is a button "change default password" or something like that, I won't tell you exactly because I'm using 8.04 and I have been changed...
