Heyo,

When loading a page like: http://www.nabiscoworld.com/Games/game_large.aspx?gameid=10036
Mozilla asks for a plugin, but then does not offer any available plugin. And i haven't found a way to see what plugin is beeing asked from me.
How can i find what plugin is necessary, and as an extra, where can i find this plugin?

:) Anyone?

Thanks

You could try going to Synaptics and installing:

ubuntu-restricted-extras

There's a .dcr file embedded in the page. This is an interactive media file saved in the Shockwave format for distribution on the Web; similar to a Flash (.SWF) file, but created with Adobe Director rather than Adobe Flash; often used for creating Web games and other highly interactive content. As far as I know there is no version of the player for GNU/Linux yet.

Thanks for the answer, i had found this .dcr in the page info, but had no idea what it was.
Too bad there is no plugin available.

Cheers.
