I was reading a random article (http://www.computerworld.com/action/article.do?command=viewArticleBasic&taxonomyName=Operating+Systems&articleId=9075000&taxonomyId=89&pageNumber=1) online where four writers debate why their operating system is the best (Vista v.s. XP v.s. Mac v.s. Linux in an all out "death match").

First of all, I am in no way a fan of Windows or Apple (although, I'd choose a Mac over a Microsoft product), but I thought it was kinda ironic that the argument for XP v.s. Mac was that "Apple is for people who say 'dude' a lot". I'm sorry, I shouldn't laugh. It's a valid argument, but I can't help but remember those old "Dude, you're getting a Dell!" commercials. You know, the advertising campaign that turned Dell into the leader in PC's and thus gave Windows a huge margin over the competition. I kinda find that ironic.

All four perspectives were rather pathetic. That article hasn't improved since I first read it.
