I'm looking for some information on OpenOffice Base. I would like to read about it's specifications (e.g., file size limitations, etc.) and information on uploading/importing data from a file into a table. Can anyone point me in a direction for such information?

Amazon and Barnes&Nobles have some books on OpenOffice.

I'll check out B&N as well as Amazon. I'm very familiar with PostgreSQL and MySQL, as well as MS Access. I'm thinking I could use OO Base to replace some of my MS Access applications. I know MS Access has a 2Gb *.mdb file size limitation, and that made me migrate a few of my databases to PostgreSQL.
I'm also want to see if I can use OO Base as a frontend client to connect to a PostgreSQL database; if every I want to use a WYSIWYG tool rather than the command line psql tool.
