Update manager: Failed to fetch

When I use Update Manager I get the following message for a few packages:

W: Failed to fetch http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/l/linux-meta/linux-image-generic_2.6.24.18.20_i386.deb
404 Not Found

I didn't find much regarding this specific error on the forums. Not sure what exactly on my end needs to changed.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can resolve this error message?

I'm using Ubuntu 8.04. Please let me know if I should provide more information.

Solved the problem. I ended up refreshing the list of packages that had updates. Proceeded to download the updates and that seemed to have corrected the problem I was having earlier.
