This is really sad. If this precedent is set, anything put on Rapidshare can be inspected, i.e. a privacy violation.
And what if people put encrypted archives on there? Is RapidShare required to break it?
What if it's like RSA >9000 or something? Will the need to spend billions of years just to crack it and satisfy copyright laws?
What if the sun engulfs the Earth before they break the encryption? Can they be sued?
