acer aspire one 120gb

I have acer aspire one with 120GB drive and XP.

I wish to make it dual boot and add ubuntu.

Ubuntu remix with 5 second boot time seems to be the optimal choice.

Is ubuntu remix for acer aspire one available somewhere?

Any advise or link is welcome!
I have searched for an hour and mostly I found posts how to install XP on linpus (acer's default distro)

1. Resize NTFS (GParted from ubuntu live)
2. Install ubuntu

Is that correct?

Where can I find remix installation for Acer One?
