xdmcp & vnc no working toghether

Hi,

I have a strange problem.

After installed vnc (apt-get install vnc-common vnc4server xinetd)
when I open a new xdmcp session with xming, after the loging no more nothing happens ...

vnc working fine ...

anyone have any idea?

The system is a xubuntu 8.04.
