When windows goes for a immediate/automatic shutdown Ubuntu asks for a chkdsk

Dear All,

When the windows OS goes for a immediate terminate/abrupt terminate and reboot the Ubuntu, ubuntu is asking to do a chkdsk on windows filesystem for a clear start.

Not sure what makes this dependancy and kindly advise how to get rid of this?
