Update Errors

I cannot update my desktop or add any new program because apparently i must manually run dpkg-configure A

In Terminal:
sudo dpkg --configure -a

[oilchangeguy]

you'll need to open the terminal (command line) and type sudo and the error message. run d........ (you typed it incorrectly, so i didn't copy and paste it here)
