I am trying to do a barebones install on an old PII laptop with no removable media. I found the app unetbootin which seems to fit the description nicely, but I'm unsure how to proceed.

I'd like to do a command line only install that I can build upon (fluxbox, etc) but when I reboot into unetbootin after choosing the 8.04netinstall, I'm not sure where I get to decide to do only the barebones install.

I also tried doundloading the mini.iso and selecting it manually in unetbootin before rebooting. This time, when I hit 'esc' to get into the grub4dos menu, there was a CLI option. Maybe this is it, but now when I get to the partition menu in the install, I am unsure whether I can tell it to use the whole disk (which I'd like to do) or if that would eff things up.

So, I guess that's two questions.

Any help appreciated.
