What a good GUI to use for C? i want to a make a app for gnome.

Glade makes use of gtk+ and makes it easier to design the interfaces. But you could also achieve the same results using only gtk+.

Does it do anything with the sourecode? And what is the gtk+ package i can even find it?

http://gazpacho.sicem.biz might be useful for the GUI design side of things. The author is writing this to address his gripes with the current GUI creation tools.
