The green running man on the panel

Does anyone know where the file for this icon is or if it's open source? I'm looking for a transparent icon like that for my fitness application

According to this page (http://svn.gnome.org/viewvc/gnome-icon-theme/trunk/COPYING?view=markup), the entire theme is GPL v2.

Hmm svg animated log out???

It's just the exit session panel applet that is in the default install. When you first install Ubuntu, it's a red shutdown button. When using other icon themes, it can be a door with an arrow or the green man running away.
