Mandriva 2009 PWP release date

So, when Mandy 2009 PWP is ready, will the PWP subscribers get first shot to download it?
I ask because I was looking here: http://wiki.mandriva.com/en/2009.0_Development
And it mentions an official internal release date of 2008/10/02 and an official Public Release date of 2008/10/09.

No, we release simultaneously to everyone. "Internal" means internal to Mandriva. We roll a "final" image and then test it internally. Then we normally roll about three or four more before the public release.
