How to turn on outline window moving in OpenBox?

As far as I know, there is no such setting. Window moving is always opaque in Openbox.

I have never had any trouble with opaque window moving in Openbox, but in Fluxbox I'm glad I can turn it off because it seems choppy to me.

That's quite a shame if it's true I can't turn off the opaque.

It's not awful, I just don't feel any desktop on any OS really nails opaque window moving, unless you're talking about compiz.
