Firefox keeps old user name and password

Hi guys I am using firefox and input an incorrect user name then clicked ok now every time i open firefox it keeps the incorrect username ...i have to remove and enter new username and password then it goes back the the old username this happens about 3 times before it finally acccepts my password


please help:(

If all else failes: Remove the username+password in the stored passwords of Firefox and than enter your new one.

Give this a try...

In Firefox, click edit > Preferences > Security tab > Saved passwords button

Remove your saved password from the list and revisit the site to test.
