i cant seem to set my wireless card into master mode can any one tell me if it has to do with the card of the OS here is the string i use :
sudo iwconfig eth1 mode Master
sick-****@linuxuser:~$ sudo iwconfig eth1 mode Master
[sudo] password for sick-****:
Error for wireless request "Set Mode" (8B06) :
SET failed on device eth1 ; Invalid argument.
sick-****@linuxuser:~$
what the heck dose this mean the man page says it is possible with this OS there is no report in dmesg can any one tell me what this means..??
