hi i've installed programs from repository ,but don't know how to run them , pls help
i m totally new to ubuntu

depending on the app they should be listed in your main menu, unless they dont create menu entries or are terminal apps.

You should be able to find them in the menu.

Like when I installed Frozen-Bubble I found it under Applications → Games → Frozen-Bubble

Also you can type the beginning of the name of the program in the terminal and press Tab few times to get suggestions on what it is called and you run it by typing it in and press enter.

i installed gtalk

gtalk is not a application, its a daemon
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daemon_(computer_software)

Unless you meant to install the google talk client, its not the same thing.

There are two Gtalk's, gtalk on windows is the google IM client while here its a daemon.
For google talk I suggest pidgin
