One of those would be great for an EEE PC, but alas, they are way to much for most with the Eee. :(

What about this: Pretec Releases 64GB and 100GB CF Card - Highest Capacity in the World (http://www.dpreview.com/news/0809/08092306pretec_64gb_100gb_cf.asp)

Ok, those are not SSD drives, but CF cards - however, with an adapter (http://www.addonics.com/products/flash_memory_reader/ad44midecf.asp) it should be possible to connect these to an IDE connector in your computer.

CF has it problems when it comes to read/write life cycle time.

As soon as there exists a SSD that meets these criteria...

- Capacity >= 120 GB
- Price < $200 USD
- Doesn't have the problem detailed here (http://www.anandtech.com/cpuchipsets/intel/showdoc.aspx?i=3403&p=7)

...I will so buy one.

I have one of those adapters, and I'll be using it to make my 133MHz Garage PC (http://classicalgasemissions.blogspot.com/search/label/Garage%20Jukebox) 100% solid state. It'll work better in the Winter when it's -35 outside :)
