bcm4328 and 64 bit amd

I have a bcm4328 network card. This is not supported by ubuntu. I have found the ndiswrapper driver,which should work, but it does not work with the 64 bit amd. Is there something out there i can use or am i screwed?

From what I hear (and have experienced, the problem is not the 64-bit, but that ndiswrapper does not work with the 4328 yet. You would have to use the wl driver. Take a look at the sticky.
