NOT for my Linux partition but to run in Linux to check my windows files and partitions from Ubuntu.

not to be run in wine either please.

so a native anti virus that is somewhat updated to scan my fat and ntfs partitions from ubuntu.

and as i am a windows user mostly coming over a gui would be nice.

nutz
is it asking too much?

What do you use in Windows as an anti virus scanner ?

Some have released linux versions.

Either ClamAV (Command Line) or ClamTK (GUI)

don't think you will find such an animal. Windows is Windows and need anti virus and virus scanning. Linux is Linux (totally different and totally different files for installation .. no .exe or .com for instance) and need no anti virus for itself.
The only anti virus you will find are those installed to screen Windows files.

BUT you could check out ClamWin or F-Prot and see if they MIGHT fit your bill.
