So I'm casually browsing around the Microsoft site looking at how they have it setup, and I stumble upon this (http://imapc.lifewithoutwalls.com/). We've all seen the signature that goes something like, "Who needs Windows if there aren't any walls." Someone likes our ideas.

I really laughed when I was browsing the new artwork. The logo with a bunch of penguins (http://www.microsoft.com/presspass/windows/images/campaignImages/OOH-Multiple-Device-5-WebSize.jpg) made me wonder "Why didn't we think of this a long time ago?"

I wonder if the ad people that came up with this campaign are Linux fans.

There are also ads for Microsoft featuring Bill Gates, about how people are PCs. Youtube search it and you'll see what I mean.
It's weird that now, AFTER Bill Gates has left, Bill Gates in commercials for MS. Maybe they were scared to taint their look.

I kind of like the new campaign, but it leaves me with a question: how can you have a window without a wall to put it in?

Perhaps it means that with windows, the walls cannot hold you back, as in:
Windows: Life Without Walls [Holding You Back]
The walls are physically there, but their effect of boxing you in is defeated by the fact a window is present.
Maybe I'm thinking too hard about it.
Anyway, anyone notice that the guy who is supposed to be a parody of the PC character from the Mac-PC commercials looks Asian?
