I am running 8.04 on a machine with multiple hard drives. The main drive is small and is getting pretty full, I want to install some apps on other drive (e.g "F:"). Is this possible? How can I tell Synaptic to do this? Do I have to do this in a terminal, and if so, what instructions are required with "apt-get install <application>"? :confused:
