Just wondering if it is possible to run different window managers on a separate x session to display a separate window manager on each screen.

I never tried anything like that.

From those it seems that you can run multiple WM or DE's at the same time, but however not display them at the same time.

If someone gets this working, please let me know as I too would like to know how this is done.

Thanks for the reply and the suggestions. Unfortunatly I have been googling and trying to find the answer to this for two days and came accross the exact same articles and wern't much help. I am also trying to get nested x sessions working with full screen games such as doom3 but to no avail as of yet.
