I don't know about those specific devices but you may find some help here (http://www.michaelwood.me.uk/wordpress/2007/03/26/bluetooth-on-ubuntu-linux/)
That page was found from the links at the Ubuntu wiki on bluetooth (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bluetooth).

I have a very similar looking little thing and I use it to connect my Apple Wireless Keyboard. I think they all use the same parts etc. only branding is different.

It depends on what you intend to use the adapter for. If you want to use a bluetooth keyboard and mouse you may get problems (if you're unlucky). If you want to use it with a bluetooth phone then it's more dependent on what the phone supports.

the iogear works great, no need to look for any instructions just plug n play.

I have the kensington in a x86 notebook and a x64 desktop, both running 8.04.1.

They both work great in conjunction with my plantronics bt headset. I couldn't get my jawbone2 to work, though. It would pair, but it wouldn't turn on when audio came through.

I haven't tried to pair anything else with it.

That's good info on the headset. I'm looking for a good one that works with minimum hassle.
