title bar screwed up.

here is a pic of my title bar. it looks like this but If I click were the parts are suppose to be I see what should be there. ie applications ... places ... systems... anyone seen this. I have done a restart but it didn't fix it

Try and right click on one of the icons, then use the 'move' to move it to the right. You may need to unlock it first though (uncheck the 'Lock to panel'). Once everything is in place again, then use the 'Lock to Panel'.

You could also right click and Delete the panel. Now right click on some other panel and select New Panel. To the new panel, right click->Add to panel and add: Menu bar, Clock, Mixer (Volume Control), Quit, Notification area and whatever else you need. Move them and if you are happy with them, right click on them and click "Lock to Panel"
