I've had a dual boot Windows / Ubuntu running happily with GRUB for a while now, but I've just had to reinstall Vista, and didn't think about what would happen to GRUB afterwards. So now I've got Vista back up running, and the PC just boots straight to Windows, no GRUB, nothing.

How do I get Ubuntu / GRUB back?! I'm guessing use a Live CD to boot into Ubuntu and then somehow reconfigure GRUB?

Thanks,
Ed Ludlow

You should be able to follow the instruction on this thread to restore Grub.
