See the 6th para. OSS as a human right?

I like the thrust of this, very much, as it is compelling

OSS is not a human right (in my view or in the content of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights).

But discrimination against OSS users in elections may breach some human rights-related charters, laws or other rules.

i suppose you could view having pepsi as an option, in addition to coke, as a human right, if you wanted to.
