No. Pirates are real criminals who cause much loss of life and property up to this modern day.

You're right actually.. The decreasing number of pirates is inversely proportional to the increasing global temperature. My source for this information is the Flying Spagetti Monster. It's a fact.

I would start typing in pirate speak, but I can't do it.

Pirates are make-believe, like elves, gremlins, and eskimos.

I refuse to.

The "best" pirates were very educated and would speak as such.

There was something I once read. The best artists were permitted to draw "badly" because they knew how to draw well. In fact, the reason was because the knew the rules they were breaking and therefore were allowed to break them.

Sounds to me they just made up a good rule to slack off.

I think it had t' do with t' fact that Picasso made a paintin' with two eaye on one side o' t' face. He knew it wasn't thar but forced it in and tharfore it be considered fine art. But, well, I would kinda agree except that would defeat me purpose.

Not really. Pirates are real. They haven't done any plank walking or used large ships sense the colonial days. Today the real pirates general use speeds boats, automatic weapons, and are not at all like the Hollywood image...well they don't use large ships to attack anyway. There are those who might use a larger ship as a mobile base.

To be honest all of that came from my own immature mind
