I have all three of the packages Klaptop, KPowersave and Power Manager installed on my Dell Vostro 1710 laptop. Not sure how they all got there, but they seem to overlap in functionality.
1) Will they get in each other's way?
2) Do I need more than one of them?
3) Which one is best?
On a side note, if the machine is booted with no battery in the machine, none of them seem to update when the removable battery is plugged back in. I have to log out and in again before any of them even recognizes that the battery has been added.
