Tab in inverse direction?

Hi!

as you know "Tab" key takes us jumping from one field of a form to another. But always in the same direction...

Is there anyway to jumping from field to field but in inverse direction?

Also, some applications have fields that take tab characters, so you can't use tab to get to the next field. In GNOME applications, you can use ctrl-tab (and shift-ctr-tab) to get out of these fields.
