I am looking to upgrade my ubuntu general purpose server (and fileserver) and was looking for some opinions on good motherboards to go with.

Im looking to get the Intel Q6600 Quad core but I am stuck with the right motherboard to buy.

I have been looking at the ASUS ones and the P5QL-Pro and P5QL-E, P5Q-SE-R
also but looking a bit more expensive:
ASUS P5Q, P5Q-Pro, P5QC(DDR2+DDR3)

Since its only a server - should I just go for the entry level one?
What features should I look out for?
I would like it to last a while.

Another feature that I like with my current board is that if the power goes off and then comes back on again that it automatically starts up - is this on all asus boards or is this a special feature?

Im still not sure which ones to rule out or which ones to go for. I would like to have the option of raid.
